Step 2 Price Approval
You Request… We Quote: After receiving your quote request, we will contact you to determine which product(s) fit(s) your requirements. Once we know what item you need, we will provide you with a firm quote.
You Approve Price… Ordering Starts: Once you approve the order we will obtain your shipping and payment information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also will accept a check, which is held for 7 days prior to putting the order in process.
Once this information is entered into our system you will receive a Sales Order indicating all details about your order.
Step 3. Artwork Approval
We Create Artwork… You Approve it: Once the order is placed we will review or create your artwork to ensure that it will look perfect on your particular product. You will review and approve the final artwork.
We Send You a Digital Photo Sample
… You Approve it: We will create an actual sample of your product for final approval, which will be sent you via email. Once you give us your approval your order will be submitted to production.
Step 4 Production and Shipping
We Charge… Production Starts: Once you approve the “Digital Sample”, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the order, and production will start.
We Ship… You Receive: Once production is complete (in approximately 10 working days), your order will be shipped to you via FedEx Ground or Express based on your specified shipping method.
