Any customer ordering custom-imprinted merchandise from PVC Emblems.Com (Linx Corporation) represents and warrants to PVC Emblems.Com (Linx Corporation) that he or she has the unrestricted right and authority to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is applied to promotional merchandise.
Purchase of merchandise from PVC Emblems.Com (Linx Corporation) in no way, shape or form grants a customer permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant, or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to a customer.
To use any logo a customer MUST have written permission from the registered owner of the logo or trademark, or be an authorized agent or affiliate of the registered owner of the logo. A customer may NOT use any logo in a manner that may infringe copyright laws.
A customer also may NOT use any logo in a vulgar, illegal, and/or unlawful manner. PVC Emblems.Com assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the purchaser may cause using a logo. PVC Emblems.Com (Linx Corporation) shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased through PVC Emblems.Com (Linx Corporation).
PVC Emblems.Com (Linx Corporation) will also not accept responsibility or liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks. We will reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer who has violated or otherwise infringed upon the intellectual rights of others.
Once an order is put into production and is cancelled for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of the entire order since it is totally customized to your specifications and can’t be used by anyone else.
In order to return a product you must call our office within 48 hours of receipt of our product stating the problem with your order and return must be received by our office within 10 days. Products that are made and shipped that appear to be used in any way will not be entitle to a refund.
We do charge a nominal shipping charge on our custom PVC Patches. Expedited shipments may incur additional fees, we can estimate the shipping fees at the time you are ready to place your order.
Artwork can be produced within 2-24 hours, depending on its complexity. 3D designs can sometimes take longer to ensure that the design is optimal for production.
After you have submitted your quote request to us either by phone or email, along with all your specifications, you can count on receiving a quote within 24 hours. If your request is received during our normal business hours (9am to 5pm PST), you will usually receive your quotation within a few hours. Do let us know if you have a deadline!
All of our orders are custom made. We can make almost any shape you need. The only limitation may be if you have a sewing channel on the PVC Label or Patch for attaching to your product or to Velcro, the turn can’t be too tight/sharp.
Our Process for determining turn around time is:
Once your artwork is completed and submitted for production – you will receive a digital pre-production sample for review & approval in 3 to 5 days.
Once you approve the pre-production sample your order will ship from our facility in Carlsbad, CA in approximately 10 ~ 12 days.
We VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER, Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We will accept a Purchase Order from City & State Governments.
Our minimum order size is 100 pieces our maximum is unlimited. On larger orders more time will be required to complete the order.
It’s easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote, send your design and tell us how many Patches or Labels you want to order. If you don’t have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time at no charge.
You can email your art file to us. Go to our FREE QUOTE page and complete the information requested, where you can upload your scan, image or vector art file. We accept most file types including AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF, DOC, DOCX, BMP, and others. If you have vector art that is most helpful.
Yes, all you have to do is email us your ideas, fax a sketch or mail us a rough drawing of what you want and we will help you design your patch for a $35.00 fee.
