Custom Coast Guard Patches

Ordering any kind of PVC Patches is very easy with PVC Emblems by your side. We have divided the process in 4 simple steps, as follows:

1. Fill out our quote request form. We will need your design, even from a sketch, in order to send you pricing, the quantity, backing, size, design style and contact information, upload your image and you will be ready to go. We will get back to you via email within 24 h after submitting your quote request.

2. We will adapt your design to our PVC Patches format. We will commonly add a wider margin to the shape of your coastguard patch in order to make space for a sewing channel. All elements can be done with square angles (2D), or with curved angles (3D). We will color match your colors to the PMS colors available for PVC.

3. When your art is approved, we will make a mold and a first real sample of your future patch. Once ready we will send you a photo of your sample proof for your to give us a final feedback, this is your last chance for making color corrections you consider. After approval we will run into our full production process.

4. Finally we will deliver you your full order via FedEx.
